1. The service

The App provides real-time noise measurement (A / C weighting), a dB camera that records video with dB and time/place watermarks, history with playback, Excel export and sharing, voice-activated recording, Google sign-in, membership purchases and rewarded-ad quota. Actual features depend on the version you install. We may add, change or remove features as needed.

2. About measurement results

You must follow the laws where you are and agree not to:

You decide whether to enable voice-activated recording and are responsible for what you record and share. When sharing videos with a location watermark, protect your own and others' location privacy.

4. Accounts

No registration is needed to use the App. Buying or restoring a membership requires signing in with a Google account, which is provided and managed by Google. You must follow Google's terms and keep your account secure.

5. Paid features and ads

6. Your content

Records, audio, video and exported files you create with the App belong to you and are stored only on your device by default. We do not access, use or back up this content. Because data is stored locally, uninstalling the App, clearing its data or device failure may cause loss. Please keep your own backups.

7. Intellectual property

The App's software, interface design, icons, text and related content are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

8. Third-party services

The App includes third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing and Open-Meteo weather. When using them, you are also bound by their providers' terms. Their availability and content are the providers' responsibility.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

10. Changes and termination

We may revise these terms when features change or the law requires it. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the App after a revision means you accept it. You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. If you breach these terms, we may restrict or stop providing the service to you.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for this purpose excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Where mandatory laws of your place of residence give you greater protection, those laws apply. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a claim before the competent people's court where we are located.
